Our buyer rebate is offered alongside full buyer representation, not instead of it. Please note:
- rebate eligibility is not automatic;
- availability depends on the property, the transaction, the compensation actually offered, applicable law, brokerage policy, lender and closing requirements, written agreements, and other conditions;
- “up to 50%” means up to 50% of the buyer-agent commission actually received by the brokerage — not 50% of the purchase price;
- estimates and calculator outputs are illustrative only;
- no rebate is earned, vested, or guaranteed by visiting this site or submitting a form; and
- final terms must be confirmed in writing.
6. Calculator disclaimer
The rebate calculator provides estimates only. It relies on assumptions about purchase price, commission, financing, closing treatment, and eligibility that may not match your transaction.
Calculator outputs are not quotes, guarantees, settlement statements, tax advice, lending approvals, or contractual obligations.
