Oceana Key Biscayne is a completed luxury condominium with an active resale market. The moment you tour, register, or submit an inquiry through a listing agent, a building site, or a portal without naming your broker, that agent can be treated as the procuring party — and an outside broker may not be paid on your purchase.

Designed by Arquitectonica (led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia) and developed by Consultatio — the Argentine developer's first U.S. project — it holds 142 residences across two low-density towers, plus 12 independent two-story villas, with interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg and grounds by landscape architect Enzo Enea. Completed in the mid-2010s, it remains one of the newest large oceanfront condominiums on Key Biscayne.
