At Pier Sixty-Six, the order you do things in decides whether you keep the rebate.

The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six are sold through the developer's on-site sales program, with ONE Sotheby's International Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing team. The moment you register there, schedule a tour, or submit an inquiry without naming your broker, the developer may treat their in-house team as the procuring party — and refuse to pay an outside broker on your purchase.

Same residence. Same price. Same developer. The only difference is whether your agent is in place before you register — and whether that commission gets shared back to you.

The developer pays the same commission either way. Buyers who contact the sales gallery alone leave all of it on the developer's side. Buyers who come with us split it — and on a Pier Sixty-Six residence, half the commission is a meaningful amount of money.

About the residences

The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six

Fort Lauderdale's landmark 32-acre marina destination at 2301 SE 17th Street, reborn under Tavistock Development Company — the historic spire-crowned tower restored, a superyacht marina with 164 slips for vessels up to 400 feet, and the resort campus reopened. Phase One's 88 residences across the Azul, Indigo, and Resort Residences buildings are complete and welcoming their first owners (Indigo's first penthouse closed at $14.5 million). And the next chapter just opened: Tavistock has unveiled Phase II — four 23-story towers adding 339 residences, expanded marina facilities, and a new waterfront promenade. The registration window for Phase II is at its very beginning.

Azul's 29 corner residences with curved terraces, Indigo's 28 homes with private plunge pools and elevator access, and 31 Resort Residences eligible for the rental program — completed, with limited remaining availability.

STEP 01

Contact us first — before the sales office

Before you call, email, or visit the Pier Sixty-Six sales gallery — contact us first. Call or text (786) 550-6294, email info@eajordan.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Reaching us before you contact the developer is the one step that protects your rebate — we then confirm the commission structure and put your exact rebate figure in writing before you tour or sign anything.

STEP 02

We register & represent you

We register you with the developer the right way, arrange your private tour, review the contract and deposit schedule, and represent your interests through reservation, hard contract, and construction.

STEP 03

You collect at closing

When the building delivers and you close, up to half of the developer-paid commission comes back to you — often a significant five- or six-figure credit on a residence at this level.

Pier Sixty-Six rebate questions

I already contacted the Pier Sixty-Six sales gallery. Is my rebate gone?

Maybe not. It depends on whether you registered, what you submitted or signed, and the developer's broker-participation policy. Call us before doing anything else — in many cases there's still a path, but every additional contact with the sales team makes it harder.

How much could I actually get back on a Pier Sixty-Six residence?

It depends on the contract price and the commission the developer is paying on that residence. Use the calculator above for an estimate — on luxury pre-construction the developer commission is often higher than resale, so half of it can be a five- or six-figure credit. We confirm your exact figure in writing before you sign.

When do I actually receive the rebate?

At closing, when the building delivers — which on pre-construction can be a few years after you sign. Commissions are paid by the developer at (or around) closing, so that's when the rebate is paid to you. The amount is locked in writing when you contract, so you know the figure years in advance.

Does using a rebate agent change my price, residence, or standing with the developer?

No. The developer never pays more because of it — the commission is the same whether we keep all of it or share it with you, and the rebate comes entirely from our side. Your pricing, residence selection, and contract terms are unaffected.

Can international buyers get the rebate?
