Buying at Casa Bella Miami? Keep up to half the commission.
Buyer-broker compensation can vary by residence and transaction. When compensation is available to us, eligible buyers receive up to 50% of our buyer-agent commission back at closing. On a home at this level, that's often a five- or six-figure credit.
One rule protects it: talk to us before you visit the Casa Bella sales gallery or submit any inquiry to the developer — here's why. Already visited? Call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it can still be saved.
Illustration only. Commissions are set by the developer and vary by project; luxury new-development commissions in Miami often run higher than resale. Your exact rebate is confirmed in writing before you sign a contract.
At Casa Bella Miami, the order you do things in decides whether you keep the rebate.
Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is sold by the developer's own sales team, by private appointment at the Casa Bella sales gallery. The moment you register there, schedule a tour, or submit their inquiry form without naming your broker, the developer may treat their in-house team as the procuring party — and refuse to pay an outside broker on your purchase.
Same residence, same developer — but having your representation in place before you register can affect whether an outside buyer's agent is recognized and compensated, and whether a rebate is possible.
Compensation offered to a buyer's broker can vary by transaction. Before you make an offer, we confirm the compensation available, your representation terms, and the estimated rebate in writing.
One rule protects your rebate: call us first.
Before you visit the Casa Bella sales gallery, schedule a tour, or submit any form to the developer, contact us. We register you properly, accompany your first visit where required, and your rebate is protected from day one. It costs you nothing — it simply has to happen in the right order.
Already been in contact with the sales team? Don't assume it's lost. Depending on what you registered and signed, there may still be a path — but every additional contact makes it harder, so call before you do anything else.

What changes now that Casa Bella is finished
During pre-construction, buyers judged Casa Bella from renderings, floor plans, and a deposit schedule. A delivered building can be judged on what was actually built — and the market for its residences starts to split in two.
The real building, not the rendering
Where access is offered, you can stand in a specific residence and check its actual view, light, finishes, ceiling height, and noise, ride the private elevators, and see the finished amenity floors and day-to-day building operations. Ask for the recorded condominium documents and the current association budget rather than relying on launch-era summaries.
Developer inventory vs. resales
More than 90% of residences have been reported under contract, so remaining developer inventory is limited. As closings continue, some owners and investors may list their residences for resale. Compare both on asking price, price per square foot, floor and view, furnishings and upgrades, closing timeline, and the buyer-agent compensation offered — they are negotiated differently.
What to request and review
Recent recorded sales in the building, the association budget, reserves and any special assessments, monthly fees, insurance, rental and pet rules, parking and storage, warranty coverage on new construction, and your financing path. We help you assemble it; your attorney reviews the contract and condominium documents.
Availability and asking prices change as closings and resales progress, so we don't publish a price list here. Ask us for a current inventory comparison before you decide. For the opening timeline and what is and isn't publicly verified, see Casa Bella Residences opens as closings begin.
How the rebate works at Casa Bella Miami
Contact us first — before the sales office
Before you call, email, or visit the Casa Bella sales gallery — contact us first. Call or text (786) 550-6294, email info@eajordan.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Reaching us before you contact the developer is the one step that protects your rebate — we then confirm the commission structure and put your exact rebate figure in writing before you tour or sign anything.
We register & represent you
We register you with the developer the right way, arrange your private tour, compare developer residences with any resales, review the contract and closing terms with you and your attorney, and represent your interests through closing.
You collect at closing
Eligible buyers receive up to 50% of our buyer-agent commission back at closing — on a residence at this level, often a meaningful five- or six-figure credit, confirmed in writing before you sign.

Casa Bella Miami rebate questions
Is Casa Bella Residences completed?
Yes. The Real Deal reported the tower complete on October 5, 2026, and Florida YIMBY reported on October 7, 2026 that closings are underway and the first residents have moved in. Construction began in November 2023, and the 56-story tower topped out in July 2025.
I already contacted the Casa Bella Miami sales team or visited the sales gallery. Is my rebate gone?
Maybe not. It depends on whether you registered, what you submitted or signed, and the developer's broker-participation policy. Call us before doing anything else — in many cases there's still a path, but every additional contact with the sales team makes it harder.
How much could I actually get back on a Casa Bella Miami residence?
It depends on the contract price and the buyer-agent compensation available on that residence — set by the developer on remaining developer inventory, and agreed with the seller on a resale. Use the calculator above for an estimate. Eligible buyers receive up to 50% of our buyer-agent commission back at closing, and we confirm your figure in writing before you sign.
When do I actually receive the rebate?
At closing. Casa Bella is now complete and closings are underway, so a purchase of a finished residence — from the developer or from a resale owner — closes on the contract's timeline rather than years later. The rebate is credited at closing, subject to lender approval where financing is involved, and the amount is set out in writing before you sign.
Can I still buy at Casa Bella from the developer, or only as a resale?
Both may be possible. More than 90% of residences have been reported under contract, so remaining developer inventory is limited and changes as closings continue. Resales may also appear as owners close and list. We compare current developer residences and any resale listings side by side before you contact the sales gallery.
Does the rebate work on a Casa Bella resale?
It can. On a resale, buyer-agent compensation is agreed with the seller rather than set by the developer, and it varies by listing. Eligible buyers receive up to 50% of our buyer-agent commission back at closing; the actual figure depends on the compensation available, your representation agreement, and lender and closing requirements, and we confirm it in writing before you make an offer.
Does using a rebate agent change my price, residence, or standing with the developer?
Using buyer representation does not by itself determine the seller's or developer's asking price. Pricing, incentives, buyer-broker compensation and contract terms can vary by residence and transaction. We confirm the available compensation and estimated rebate before you proceed.
Can international buyers get the rebate?
Yes. The rebate works the same way for international buyers — typically as a credit at closing. Cross-border tax treatment varies, so confirm specifics with your tax advisor. Hablamos español: versión en español.
